Messy systems in. Working results out.
Selected engagements from our two practices: AI engineering that turns scattered company data into clear next moves, and enterprise WordPress that keeps large sites fast, findable, and easy to run. Plus what our agency partners say about working with us.

Practice 01
AI Engineering
We connect the data a company already has into one picture, then surface the specific moves worth making and hand them to the people who act on them.
C+R Research · Market research · Relationship intelligence
Turning scattered client history into weekly, ready-to-send opportunities for account leads
1,700+
company records merged and de-duplicated
8
account leads in the launch pilot, January 2026
>25%
pilot adoption, beating the target set at kickoff
The problem
Decades of client relationships lived in two systems that disagreed with each other, a CRM and a project-billing tool, plus in the heads of senior account leads. Nobody could reliably answer who knew whom, or who was due for a call.
What we built
A single source of truth that merges CRM and project history and tracks rebrands, subsidiaries, and people changing jobs. On top of it, a recommendation engine that picks the right lead for each account and drafts short outreach, with routing rules built from how account leads actually decide.
The outcome
Account leads get a weekly set of opportunity cards, each with a drafted email and a LinkedIn fallback. The work also exposed the contact-data gaps holding back sales, and gave the team a plan to fix them. [ADD RESULT METRIC]
Practice 02
Enterprise WordPress
Large, content-heavy sites rebuilt and migrated onto WordPress without losing search traffic, then kept fast, secure, and search-ready month after month.
Polycor · Natural stone · Website overhaul & lead routing
A major website overhaul: 2,000+ pages refactored, and every lead routed to the right sales team
2,000+
pages of website content refactored
26
personas the new site is built to serve
6
sales teams now getting website leads routed automatically
The problem
A series of acquisitions left Polycor with a messy, hard-to-use site. It leaned on editorial content and missed the sales hiding in the many ways their stone gets used. With six sales teams, two of them global, VPs were handing out thousands of website leads by hand every year.
What we built
A content audit and taxonomy refactor, new information architecture, and a refreshed visual identity, built on custom WordPress. A custom HubSpot integration now sends each lead to the right team. We moved everything over with an SEO-safe migration.
The outcome
The site went from “users can't find anything” to easy to use, with dynamic content, SEO, and conversion processes in place and a faster sales handoff. Today our AI-search work for Polycor is bringing in leads, including from US government buyers.

“… the feedback we're getting is extraordinary. I can't be any more proud. The more I explore the more I enjoy the new design, and the new way of getting to things is so much faster.”
C+R Research · Market research · Website rebuild
A major rebuild to put what C+R does best up front
6
buyer personas the site is organized around
SEO-safe
migration to the new site
The problem
The site had filled up with search-driven pages, and C+R's core expertise was getting lost in the noise. Buyers had to dig to understand what the firm does best.
What we built
A content audit and taxonomy refactor, new information architecture, a refreshed visual identity, and an SEO content strategy, built on custom WordPress. The team reviewed every page layout visually and left notes before anything was built.
The outcome
C+R's core expertise is now front and center. We cut the SEO bloat, refactored the content, and simplified the site around six buyer personas and the journeys they care about, with SEO and conversion processes in place.

“Really valuable to visually see how things are going to be laid out… and be able to go in and look at each page and put notes in and analyze and make decisions, that's been super helpful. The strategy part, that's super important and helpful for us. I'm excited, this is something that we can visually show the partners.”
Tempco Electric Heater Corporation · Industrial manufacturing · Rebuild & migration
Getting a 2,000-page manufacturer's site out of a CMS that wouldn't let its content go
~2,000
pages migrated from a platform with no export
~80
forms recovered and connected to the CRM
Feb 2026
new WordPress site live
The problem
Tempco's product catalog sat in Titan CMS, a platform with no way to export its data. Roughly 2,000 pages of technical product content, plus dozens of forms, had no clean path to a modern platform.
What we built
Our own extraction tooling to pull every page and form out of the old system, then a full WordPress rebuild with better accessibility, faster page loads, a site search that finds the right product, and forms wired into the CRM.
The outcome
The new site launched in February 2026. Tempco now owns its content on an open platform, and we continue to handle development, maintenance, and SEO strategy. [ADD SPEED, SEARCH OR LEAD METRIC]
Agency partners
What our agency partners say
A lot of our work happens behind the scenes, as the team agencies bring in for their biggest website and search projects.

“Jim is a terrific web designer and information architect. He is the most levelheaded, normal talking, rational and believable SEO guy I've ever met. He understands how to organize content so that HUMANS find it useful which also makes it easy for ROBOTS to surface it in search.”
